I’ve been a watcher of a lot of developments: peak oil, stock markets, domestic violence, philanthropy, religiosity, and all of the individual issues she discusses in terms of food. Heck, if you have a plant that morphs interestingly, I’ll watch it for trends.
This is why most of the food we eat is raw. Don’t attack me. I had a friend once who said, “I’m having enough issue raising 7 kids and fighting all the things that will canker their souls. Don’t make food a sin too!” So, I get it. Really. I just have a very strong feeling for some undercurrents in information restriction that I keeps seeing in various places.
